Description

Throughout his career, Chuck Norris has portrayed a wide variety of heroes, some with high kicks and flying fists, some with automatic pistols and machine guns. Chuck Norris himself has never lost his boyhood love of the Old West.

Now America Remembers is especially proud to announce an exclusive, first-ever Tribute issued with the authorization of Top Kick Productions and Chuck Norris and honoring this legendary American icon: The Chuck Norris™ Tribute Revolver. Each revolver in the edition is a working Single Action revolver in caliber .45 LC produced for us by the master craftsmen of A. Uberti.

Craftsmen commissioned specifically by America Remembers decorate each Chuck Norris Tribute Revolver in stunning 24-karat gold and nickel artwork. The artwork of the Chuck Norris Tribute reflects Chuck’s cowboy spirit. The left side of the recoil shield features a handsome portrait of Chuck Norris. Our artist has successfully captured the steely gaze that Chuck perfected as a rugged action star.

Both sides of the 24-karat gold decorated barrel prominently feature Chuck Norris’ signature in bold, blackened patina. Elaborate scrollwork is handsomely detailed on both sides of the Tribute. Complementing the overall design is stunning 24-karat gold plating, along with richly-polished walnut grips.

“Men are like steel. When they lose their temper, they lose their worth.”
– Chuck Norris
An Unforgettable American Icon
The Single Action revolver is a Western classic, often referred to as the “gun that won the West.” It was a favorite of lawmen and outlaws of the Old West. Each revolver in the edition is a working Single Action revolver in caliber .45 LC produced for us by the master craftsmen of A. Uberti.

America Remembers chose the Single Action revolver and a western theme for this Tribute for one simple reason: Chuck Norris is a lifelong fan of the Old West. Chuck Norris agreed the Single Action revolver was the perfect choice to honor his career. He remains a cowboy at heart and lives on a ranch in Texas.

Chuck Norris grew up in the Midwest, and he admired the cowboy heroes of the silver screen, such as Roy Rogers, Gene Autry and Hopalong Cassidy. The Westerns he loved were only films, but these Westerns showed that men of courage and principle could act as an example to others.

In 1958, Chuck Norris joined the U.S. Air Force and then the Air Policeman, after which he was stationed halfway around the world in South Korea. It was during his months overseas that he discovered martial arts, and when he returned to the U.S., he began teaching karate. Chuck Norris quickly became a superstar in the martial arts world. Apart from numerous regional and national championships, he is a six-time undefeated World Professional Middleweight Karate Champion.

“A lot of times people look at the negative side of what they feel they can’t do. I always look on the positive side of what I can do.”
– Chuck Norris
After conquering the karate world, Chuck Norris found his way into motion pictures, most memorably in a legendary fight scene with superstar and friend Bruce Lee in “Return of the Dragon.” He followed up with a string of tough-guy roles in 70’s films, such as “Good Guys Wear Black” and “A Force of One,” and he continued to dominate the 80’s box-office with such films as “Lone Wolf McQuade,” “Missing In Action,” “The Delta Force” and many others.

In the 90’s, Chuck Norris took the opportunity to update his boyhood love of the Old West in the television series, “Walker, Texas Ranger.” Playing Cordell Walker, a modern-day Texas Ranger with a toughness rooted in Old West tradition, Chuck Norris portrayed the lawmen as a no-nonsense hero with his own style of “rounding up the bad guys.”

The artwork of the Chuck Norris Tribute handsomely reflects Chuck’s cowboy spirit. The left side of the recoil shield features a handsome portrait of Chuck Norris as Cordell Walker, Texas Ranger. Our artist has successfully captured the steely gaze that Chuck perfected as a rugged action star.

Both sides of the golden barrel prominently feature Chuck Norris’ signature in bold, blackened patina. Elaborate scrollwork is handsomely detailed on both sides of the Tribute, upholding the honored tradition of fine presentation firearms. Complementing the overall design is stunning 24-karat gold plating, along with richly-polished American walnut grips.
